The Purple Frog Bar & Grill is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable Servers/Bartenders who are passionate about providing outstanding hospitality.

Whether you're serving tables, mixing cocktails, or helping create memorable dining experiences, you'll play a key role in making every guest feel welcome.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Mix cocktails according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality.
• Recommend menu items, daily specials, desserts, and beverages.
• Upsell food, drinks, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws.
• Process cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and dining area.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and side work.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Help create a fun, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for every guest.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant, server, or bartender experience preferred.
• TABC Certification (or ability to obtain one).
• Food Handler Certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Experience using POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds for extended periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Full-service restaurant experience
• Bartending
• Sports bar or entertainment venue
• Catering or banquet service
• Beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge
