Job Overview
Bali Express Services is seeking reliable and experienced Class A CDL Drivers to join our growing transportation team in San Diego, CA. Drivers will be responsible for transporting containers and dry vans between San Diego, the Port of Long Beach, and LA rail ramps including UPLA and BNSF.
We are looking for safety-focused and dependable drivers who can operate efficiently in a fast-paced port and rail environment while maintaining professionalism and compliance with DOT regulations.
We are hiring for Rail, Port and OTR Operations. Payment is per Move (except OTR)
Pay Rates:
- SD to LB Ports: $95
- SD to LB Yards: $75
- SD to LA Ramps (UPLA, BNSF, ICTF, etc.): $85
- HazMat Loads: Additional $35 from SD to LA; additional $15 from LA to SD
*OTR SOLO is .40 cents per mile by TEAM the pay is .30 cents per mile.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers for port and rail deliveries
- Transport containers and dry vans between: San Diego, Port of Long Beach, UPLA Rail Ramp, BNSF Rail Ramp
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate trip and delivery documentation and upload onto the system
- Follow all DOT regulations, safety procedures, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and terminal personnel
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of loads
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- TWIC Card REQUIRED
- Port and rail ramp experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass:
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Road test
- Background screening
- Experience with container and dry van operations preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
