Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Director for an outpatient clinic in Winchester, VA .

This role is ideal for a physical therapist who values quality patient care, thoughtful treatment planning, and the opportunity to take on a leadership role in a growing clinic. You will provide one-on-one care, manage a varied outpatient caseload, and help patients make steady progress through hands-on treatment, active rehab, and clear patient education.

You will also help support the clinic’s growth by building trust with patients, referral sources, and the local community.

Schedule

Monday-Friday

9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Patient Volume

Approximately 12 patient visits per 8-hour day at full caseload.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy care

Evaluate and treat a varied outpatient caseload

Create individualized treatment plans

Treat athletes, children, adults, active patients, and medical referrals

Use manual therapy, strengthening, mobility work, and patient education

Perform techniques such as mobilization, manipulation, cupping, soft tissue work, instrument-assisted massage, and dry needling when appropriate

Document care accurately in Athena Health

Help grow the clinic through strong patient care and local outreach

Serve as the clinical leader for the location
