Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in the state
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required for CFs
• Previous experience working with pediatric and school-age populations, including Pre-K through Grade 12
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students in early childhood through high school
• Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct therapy sessions tailored to students unique abilities
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators, families, and other service providers
• Maintain thorough and timely student records in compliance with district and state requirements
• Deliver consultative support and training to teachers and staff as needed
