Our Founder & CEO is looking for an organized, positive, and well rounded Executive Assistant / House Manager.The Role:Calendar/Travel Management: Scheduling appointments, owning his travel itinerary, booking flights/private jets, hotels/Airbnb, making dinner reservations, washing/getting car serviced.Executive Coordination: Sending gifts/flowers/gift cards to the team, assisting with business events 1-2x per quarter, over seeing his inbox, booking him for podcast interviews, potential to support in his real estate investment portfolio as well.Daily House Management: Cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, light food prep (he has chef prepared meals delivered - these are very light other items needed), ordering supplements, scheduling maintenance/fixes for the home, ordering from Amazon etc…This is a hybrid role. Current EA works 2-3 hours per day in-house then completes additional work from home and on a flexible schedule.About You: This is not an entry level role. We’re looking for an elite EA.2+ years of experience working in an Executive/Personal Assistant role. You’ve done most if not all of the things listed above with a high level of execution.You have 9-5 availability + the desire and ability to work in North Scottsdale daily.You have a reliable vehicle.Most importantly, you have a positive, can-do attitude.
