What We Are Looking For:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care while acting as a Team Leader for patient care staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated team of caregivers to ensure the proper administration of medications and treatments, thorough documentation, effective family education, tailored care planning, and active patient care conferences that adhere to Health Campus Policies and Procedures.
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring seamless continuity from admission to discharge and support back into family and community.
  • Conduct daily visits to residents in your assigned unit, assessing their physical and emotional well-being and promptly notifying the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing regarding any changes in condition.
  • Recognize resident issues and emergency situations, initiating lifesaving measures when necessary in the absence of a physician.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks like medical form completion, reporting, evaluations, records management, and charting.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
