Location: Westborough, MA

Pay: $18.50–$20.50 per hour, based on experience and shift

Schedule: Full-Time | 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available

Job Summary

We are hiring a Material Handler I to support warehouse, kitting, inventory, and material movement in a manufacturing environment. This role is a good fit for someone with 1–2 years of warehouse, stockroom, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Pull, move, issue, and store materials for production
• Support kitting, put-away, and inventory activities
• Distribute materials, parts, supplies, and equipment
• Use pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
• Enter, scan, or update material information in warehouse systems
• Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Support accurate material handling and inventory flow

Requirements

• 1–2 years of material handling, warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience
• Good math skills and intermediate computer knowledge
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Forklift experience or ability to pass forklift training
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and reach throughout the shift

Preferred

• Epicor or other WMS/ERP experience
• Experience with kitting, put-away, inventory transactions, or manufacturing warehouse support
• Pallet racking experience
