IV&V Project Manager

Role Description The IV&V Project Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Honolulu, HI, responsible for leading IV&V activities across assigned projects. This role includes planning and managing project schedules, coordinating expediting and logistics efforts, and overseeing inspection and validation processes to ensure compliance with requirements and standards. The IV&V Project Manager will facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors, prepare status reports and risk assessments, and recommend corrective actions where needed. Daily responsibilities also involve monitoring project deliverables, resolving issues, and maintaining documentation that supports transparent, measurable project performance.

• Candidates should possess skills in logistics management to coordinate resources, materials, and workflows across on-site operations.
• Relevant experience managing IV&V or oversight projects, preferably in consulting, engineering, construction, technology, or related fields.
• Ability to analyze complex information, document findings clearly, and present recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in an on-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with standard project management tools and software; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are beneficial.
