Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily yard and production operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity while leading and developing a high-performing team.

What you’re responsible for:

Overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quotas, schedules, and shipment targets are met

Managing inventory accuracy, including tracking, reporting, and coordinating with purchasing on materials

Leading and promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory requirements

Supervising, coaching, and developing employees, including scheduling, performance management, and training

Partnering with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and repairs are completed promptly

Monitoring product handling, weighing, and storage to ensure accuracy and operational consistency

Supporting payroll processes, including reviewing and approving timecards and submitting documentation on time

To join our team:

You have 5–10 years of experience in operations management within manufacturing, industrial, or recycling environments

You have proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, hands-on setting

You are strong in safety leadership and hold teams accountable to safety standards

You are organized and able to manage multiple priorities across operations, staff, and production

You are comfortable working on-site and occasionally operating or overseeing heavy equipment

You are bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred)
