Bilingual Customer Service Rep. Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team in a temporary capacity. This role focuses on third-party collections, requiring exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, establishing payment arrangements, and accurately documenting interactions while adhering to industry regulations. Negotiate and establish appropriate payment plans or arrangements with account holders. Provide clear, concise, and professional communication in both English and Spanish. Perform accurate 10-key data entry (by touch) to update account information and log call details. Maintain meticulous records using Microsoft Windows OS and internal systems. Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets and performance metrics. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
This is an in-office position, ensuring a collaborative and structured setting.
Training Schedule (Mandatory): (2 weeks) Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Post-Training Regular Schedule: Monday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Total 40 hours per week)
Ability to type well and use a computer is required- Bilingual (fluent in English/Spanish)
Bilingual Customer Service Rep. Qualifications:
- Familiarity with call center environment strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to type well and use a computer is required
- Bilingual (fluent in English/Spanish) is preferred- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
