Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Texas | 26/27 School Year

Location: Remote (U.S.-based required) — School located in Texas

Position Type: Contract (1099)

Schedule: Full Time preferred (30–40 Hours/Week)

Compensation: $45–$55/Hour, paid weekly

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality teletherapy services to students in an educational environment in Texas. This is a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) position offering flexibility and autonomy while supporting student success in communication and learning.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
  • Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned with educational standards
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed

Qualifications

  • Texas SLP License (Must be licensed in state of residence if outside of Texas)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and educational compliance requirements
  • Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology for virtual service delivery
