Lot Management's portfolio now exceeds 100 million square feet. Day porters are essential in every property, and we have immediate openings for Day Porters. Day Porter Qualifications:

Janitorial experience preferred.

Day Porter General function:

Perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, restroom cleaning, etc.

Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors.

Remove and/or clean up any debris or soil such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, graffiti, etc.

Always wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, including gloves, goggles, safety vest, and any other safety equipment required.

The Ideal Day Porter:

Day porter/janitor/custodian experience preferred.
