Our Mechanics Deserve the Best Diesel Mechanic Benefits
- Diesel Mechanic Compensation:
- $25-$32 per hour, depending on experience and location
- Diesel Mechanic Paid Time Off:
- Vacation:• Begins accruing on day 1
- Up to 80 hours per year
- Up to 40 unused hours may roll over (must be used by April 30)
- Personal Time Off (PTO):• 24 hours annually
- Intended for personal needs, appointments, etc.
- 2 floating holidays
- Diesel Mechanic Work Environment and Culture:
- Clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped facility
- All necessary tools and diagnostic equipment provided
- Professional, team-oriented environment
- Strong leadership presence with support for skill development and career growth

Diesel Mechanic Qualifications
- High school education or technical school preferred
- At least 3 years of diesel shop experience, including technical school
- Specific exposure to an equipment or maintenance environment
- Knowledge of basic hand tools for general equipment repair
- Equipment systems experience a plus
