Paradies Lagardère – Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is seeking a dynamic Assistant Flagship Manager to support daily operations across a diverse and fast-paced dining portfolio. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, enhancing the guest experience, and supporting the development of restaurant leadership teams. Partnering closely with the Flagship General Manager, the Assistant Flagship Manager will help lead multiple concepts, coach General Managers, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive business results.
