We are hiring a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist to join our clinical team in West Allis.

What You’ll Do

• Provide respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered
• Monitor patient respiratory status and document care
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain respiratory equipment and ensure infection control standards
• Support residents with high-quality, compassionate care

What We’re Looking For

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in Wisconsin
• SNF, LTC, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Hourly rate: $46 – $50 per hour, depending on experience
