Assist in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
Conduct therapeutic activities according to the occupational therapist's guidance
Monitor patient progress and report it to the supervising Occupational Therapist
Instruct patients and families in following treatment plans and using therapeutic equipment
Help patients improve their cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatments
Modify treatment plans to address patient needs in consultation with an Occupational Therapist
Educate patients and their families on tasks and activities necessary for rehabilitation
Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes
Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.
One or more year(s) of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
Hand experience highly preferred
Current state of MA license, CPR certification.
Outgoing and caring personality.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $28.00-$35.00. Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
