Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in school or pediatric settings highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and IEP processes
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and excellent communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students needs
• Collaborate actively with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student progress
• Maintain detailed case notes, progress records, and compliance with school documentation standards
• Engage in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing learning to stay current with best practices
• Provide support and mentorship to those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year, if applicable
