Key Responsibilities for the Senior Non-Profit Accountant:

• Manage full financial oversight of a $10M portfolio of HUD/HRA contracts
• Perform budget modifications, tracking, and variance analysis
• Process vouchering, reimbursements, and contract-related financial activity
• Ensure compliance with city, state, and federal funding requirements
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting within SAGE Intacct
• Collaborate with program teams on budgeting, forecasting, and spend management

Qualifications for the Senior Non-Profit Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of nonprofit or fund accounting experience
• Direct experience with HUD and/or HRA contracts
• Strong background in budget management, vouchering, and reimbursements
• Proficiency in SAGE Intacct
• Knowledge of government funding compliance and reporting
