Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Danish Speaking Content Moderator For Social Media to join our dynamic team on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this pivotal role within the social media industry, you will be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and moderating user-generated content across leading social media platforms, ensuring that online communities remain safe, respectful, and in line with established community guidelines. Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate Danish-language user-generated content submitted across social media platforms, ensuring full compliance with platform-specific community standards and policies.

Identify, flag, and take appropriate action on content that violates guidelines, including hate speech, misinformation, graphic material, harassment, and spam within social media environments.

Accurately categorise and escalate sensitive or complex content cases to senior moderation teams or legal departments in a timely manner.

Maintain a high level of productivity and quality by consistently meeting daily content review targets and key performance indicators set by the social media client.

Provide clear and constructive written feedback to users in Danish when content is removed or actioned, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone at all times.

Stay up to date with evolving social media platform policies, community guidelines, and emerging trends in online content to ensure moderation decisions remain accurate and relevant.

Collaborate closely with colleagues, team leaders, and quality assurance specialists to ensure consistency and fairness across all moderation decisions.

Participate in regular training sessions, calibration exercises, and team briefings to continuously improve moderation skills and knowledge within the social media industry.
