The Kalispel Tribe of Indians is seeking a culinary professional for the 1898 Public House to ensure the preparation, production, and presentation of food to the highest standards. Responsibilities include compliance with health regulations and training the kitchen team.

The ideal candidate has a culinary degree or related experience, strong cooking skills, and is capable of maintaining effective relationships within the team and with guests. Must obtain a Washington State Food Handlers Permit within 14 days of hire.
