Independent Life Insurance Agent – Remote | Commission-Based | Flexible Schedule

The Owens Agency, in partnership with Symmetry Financial Group , is actively hiring independent life insurance agents who are coachable, driven, and ready to grow. Whether you’re already licensed or new to the industry, we provide all the tools, training, and mentorship you need to succeed.

What We Do:

We support families across the country with:

• Mortgage Protection
• Final Expense
• Retirement Planning

Agents also have access to advanced market solutions such as:

• Indexed Universal Life (IUL)
• Annuities
• Debt-Free Life programs

You’ll work with a team focused on education, mentorship, and giving you the freedom to build your business on your terms .

What We Offer:

• 100% remote opportunity
• Flexible schedule – part-time or full-time
• Uncapped commissions
• Proven lead generation & client outreach systems
• Ongoing training, mentorship, and support
• ️ Resources to help with licensing if needed

Expected Earnings:

• Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week): $2,500–$5,000+/month
• Full-Time (35–45 hrs/week): $7,000–$12,000+/month

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Educate families on life insurance and retirement solutions
• Customize coverage to meet individual and family needs
• Manage client relationships and follow-ups
• Stay current with industry standards and licensing
• Participate in team calls and professional development

Who We’re Looking For:

• Self-motivated individuals ready to grow a business
• Strong communicators who value integrity and service
• Willing to obtain a life insurance license (we’ll help!)
• Able to work independently with consistency and discipline

Preferred but not required:

• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or financial services
• Already licensed to sell life insurance

This is a 1099 independent contractor position — not a traditional salaried job. Agents must be comfortable working independently and investing in their professional growth, including licensing if not yet certified.
