You must have completed an accredited surgical technology program and hold a current certification as a Surgical Technologist. At least 1 year of recent operating room experience is required, and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical setting are recommended.
