Case Manager - Navigate

This is an incredible opportunity to work on the only team of this kind in Tulsa with our Navigate program. Designed to provide early and effective treatment to individuals ages 15-30 who have experienced first episode of psychosis or bipolar disorder, F&CS is one of about 50 sites throughout the U.S. that provides this state-of-the-art, evidence-based model treatment model. This case manager position is responsible for supported education and employment services, assisting clients accomplish their vocational and employment goals. Services are primarily community based, taking place in the home, at schools, or a neutral community location. $58K+/year salary plus overflowing benefits and PTO!
