Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Operator & Box Truck Driver, where you will engage in a mix of local deliveries and warehouse operations. Your role will involve driving a commercial box truck for local pick-ups and deliveries, and performing essential warehouse tasks such as shipping, receiving, order picking, and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles locally within a 20-mile radius for pick-up and delivery of freight.
• Check shipment paperwork, verifying counts, weights, and dimensions.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Stage, store, and replenish inventory in the warehouse.
• Scan products and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain warehouse organization.

Essential Skills

• Valid Class C driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with box trucks, RF scanners, WMS, general labor, forklifts, and logistics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Candidates will undergo MVR screening post-conversion.
• DOT certification during the training period is preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry and push/pull 21-50 pounds.
• Comfortable with heights, will use cherry pickers and/or scissor lifts.
• 1–2 years of warehouse or forklift experience is a plus.
• Prior yard truck or CDL experience is advantageous.

Work Environment

Our new construction location offers a very clean warehouse environment. Work Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Plains, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.75 - $25.75/hr.
