What You'll Be Doing:

  • Respond to incoming calls from customers with empathy and professionalism.

  • Maintain high quality and professionalism while managing a high volume of interactions.
  • Adhere to your scheduled work time, including breaks and lunches.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Armenian.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer needs.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications.
  • A designated, distraction-free workspace at home.
  • Secure, high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps).
