From sunset cocktails on the patio to lively weekend service, our bartenders play a key role in creating memorable experiences for every guest.What You'll Do:Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages Deliver exceptional guest service while building new regulars and maintaining our existing followersManage bar operations efficiently during busy service periodsMake beverage recommendations Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar areaMonitor inventory levels and assist with bar prep and restockingWork collaboratively with servers, hosts, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless serviceFollow all Washington State liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practicesWhat We're Looking For:Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality environmentStrong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beerExcellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitalityAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced settingStrong communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitudeFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysCurrent MAST permit and Food Worker Card (or ability to obtain
