The Work

As a CyberArk Developer, you will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and optimizing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using the CyberArk suite of products. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements, configure CyberArk components, and ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems. Your work strengthens security posture by protecting privileged accounts, enhancing auditability, and mitigating cyber risks across the organization.

In this role, you will develop custom integrations, implement secure design principles, and maintain end‑to‑end privileged access lifecycle controls. You will create technical documentation, support compliance initiatives, and provide expert guidance to IT, security, and compliance teams. Your technical depth, understanding of PAM best practices, and ability to develop secure API integrations will be essential to safeguarding sensitive assets and ensuring operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop custom integrations between CyberArk and applications, databases, and systems using CyberArk APIs and connectors

Ensure secure communication and data exchange between CyberArk and other IT systems

Implement privileged access controls, password rotation policies, and session isolation measures to protect critical credentials

Enforce security policies and ensure PAM solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Maintain auditability by implementing access control policies and privileged activity tracking

Create comprehensive documentation including design specifications, configurations, and integration details

Prepare reports on system performance, security events, and compliance metrics

Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies

Work with project managers to ensure PAM project milestones and deliverables are met

Here’s What You Need

At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions

Experience developing API integrations or scripts that support CyberArk

Security+ or equivalent certification meeting DoD IAT II requirements

Nice to Have

CyberArk Defender certification

Experience with automation, secure scripting, or DevSecOps practices

Background supporting enterprise‑scale PAM implementations

Eligibility Requirements

US Citizen (Dual citizens accepted)

Eligible to obtain a Government Secret Clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
