Residential Electrician

About Dynamic Eco Home We help Texas homeowners take control of their energy use with smart, efficient, and renewable energy solutions. We are hiring a skilled Residential Electrician to support our growing residential battery and solar operations across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues on active residential battery and solar installations.
• Perform corrective rework to ensure all field projects pass local inspection and strict NEC code requirements.
• Coordinate directly with local inspectors and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
• Assist with the onboarding and hands-on training of new field installation crews.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address urgent evening or weekend service issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical experience.
• Licensing: Valid Texas Residential Wireman, Journeyman, or Master Electrician license (Required).
• Technical Skills: Prior experience with residential battery storage systems (Sonnen preferred), EV charging equipment, or whole-home generator installations.
• Compliance: Deep working knowledge of current residential electrical systems and NEC standards.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to operate the company vehicle.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
