The Line Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Line Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Set up and stock cooking stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and support team members during busy service periods.

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Must Have Food Handler Certificate!
