Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Physical Therapist to join our full-time practice in Saratoga Springs, UT, located just 45 minutes south of Salt Lake City. You will work alongside a dedicated team of therapists and medical providers to help restore functionality and enhance the quality of life for our patients. This position offers a 4-day work week, with 3 days in Saratoga Springs and one day a week in Pleasant Grove (about 15 minutes away).

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes
- Evaluate patient progress and provide ongoing education
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding when working with patients
- Administer treatments using various modalities such as therapeutic exercise and mechanical devices
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in physical therapy
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT)
- Current Physical Therapist license in Utah
- Computer skills required
