Landscaping Contractor Needed (1099) – Tampa Bay Area

Landscaping Partners is seeking established landscaping, lawn-care, irrigation, and outdoor-property-service businesses to complete residential and commercial customer work throughout the Tampa Bay region.

We are currently filling a limited number of provider openings. Once sufficient coverage is established within a service area, applications may pause until additional capacity is needed.

This is a paid, project-based, business-to-business independent-contractor opportunity. It is not an hourly, salaried, or employee position.

Approved contractors may receive available customer jobs that match their:

• Services
• Approved coverage area
• Pricing
• Availability
• Crew size and capacity

Local Landscaping Partners supports customer acquisition, customer communication, scheduling, payment processing, and job routing.

Contractors independently:

• Choose which services they provide
• Select the cities and ZIP codes they cover
• Establish their own pricing
• Control their availability and job capacity
• Review opportunities before accepting them
• Use their own crews, vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Decide how much work they are prepared to accept
• Can start with a few jobs and evaluate how the system works

AVAILABLE WORK

Opportunities may include:

• Recurring and one-time lawn maintenance
• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Seasonal and property cleanups
• Leaf and outdoor debris removal
• Pine straw and mulch installation
• Shrub, hedge, and ornamental-tree trimming
• Planting and landscape improvements
• Sod installation and lawn restoration
• Drainage and grading work
• Irrigation repair and installation
• Retaining walls and hardscaping
• Residential and commercial grounds maintenance

Actual opportunities depend on customer demand, season, territory, provider pricing, services offered, and availability.

PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should:

• Own or operate an established landscaping or lawn-care business
• Be the owner or authorized company decision-maker
• Have professional landscaping or lawn-care experience
• Have reliable transportation and appropriate tools and equipment
• Have sufficient capacity to accept additional customer work
• Carry general liability insurance or obtain it before activation
• Be able to provide a completed Form W-9
• Be able to provide recent work photos or a business profile
• Complete accepted work reliably within the approved service area

We may be able to assist applicants who need a general liability insurance quote.

Current Tampa Bay coverage needs may include:

South Tampa, Hyde Park, Davis Islands, Palma Ceia, Bayshore, Westchase, Carrollwood, Citrus Park, New Tampa, Lutz, Odessa, Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, FishHawk, Lithia, Apollo Beach, Clearwater, Belleair, Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Largo, Seminole, St. Petersburg, and nearby communities.

Providers identify the cities, ZIP codes, and travel radius they are prepared to cover.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
