DW’s Remodeling is a growing luxury residential remodeling company serving the Dallas, Prosper, and surrounding North Dallas areas. We specialize in high-quality renovations and are looking for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and wants to grow with a company that is committed to excellence.

This is not a production-builder environment. We focus on quality, attention to detail, and delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced remodeler who can work independently, solve problems in the field, and contribute to a positive team culture. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and continually looking to improve their skills.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of residential construction experience (high-end remodeling preferred)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and technology for communication and project management
  • Own basic hand tools and power tools
  • Consistently punctual and dependable
  • Work well on your own
  • Strong communication skills and professional appearance
  • Ability to work inside occupied, high-end homes with respect and attention to detail

Required Skills

Candidates should be proficient in at least three of the following areas:

  • Framing
  • Finish/Trim Carpentry
  • Cabinet Installation or Cabinet Building
  • Tile Installation
  • Painting and Finishing
  • Hardware Installation

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing smaller projects, occasional handyman jobs, punch list work, warranty work, and helping on larger projects
  • Performing skilled remodeling work on residential projects
  • Working directly with homeowners and team members in a professional manner
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Assisting with project planning and problem-solving in the field
  • Helping maintain the high standards that define our company

Schedule

  • Full-Time Position
  • Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • No Weekend Work
  • Hours may vary slightly depending on project needs

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
