Schedule
6:00am to 2:30pm or 7:30am to 4:00pm
Monday through Friday with the occasional Saturday
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
The Production Associate will assist with the operation of the production line(s) of individual snack food items. We are a company that deals with dehydrated fruit, produce, nuts, and other snack foods. Due to this nut dust is in the air and a possible inhalant.
Packaging
Running the label machine
Refilling labels
Adjustments of rails
Adjustments of head heights
Label placement on tubs
Label corrections
Train new employees on GMP's, sanitation duties, mixing, production duties, and labeling
Additional tasks as they are assigned
Required Skills and Experience
Successful completion of application process
Must be able to pass drug and background check
Has good personal hygiene practices
Must have reliable form of transportation
Must be flexible / dependable to work on days scheduled
Ability to follow directions and quickly transition
Basic math skills and ability to adjust and read weight scales
Able to work in fast paced work environment
Able to work with a small team
Able to occasionally lift up to 50# cases
Must be able to stand for long lengths of time
The ability to stop production if they feel there is a safety hazard.
Ability to safely work with and around nuts.

Additional Compensation Details:
$23.00 an hour starting wage
Potential 90-day performance-based raise.
Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure.
