IAVI is seeking a Laboratory Operations Manager to oversee the safe, efficient operation of a BSL2 laboratory conducting research with infectious agents. This role partners with scientific teams to enable research objectives through laboratory operations, safety and quality compliance, budget and procurement management, space planning, wellness initiatives, and emergency preparedness. The position serves as a key liaison for laboratory communications, provides operational support to the Associate VP of the DDL, and collaborates closely with facilities and cross-functional teams.
