The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of capital projects within electric utility systems, including transmission, distribution, and substation assets. This role leads delivery from project initiation through commissioning, with a strong emphasis on technical execution, constructability, cost and schedule control, and risk management.
