Armed Security Guard

Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc. is seeking highly motivated and experienced Armed Security Officers to join our team. We are a rapidly expanding family-owned and operated private security company seeking qualified Officers to work as armed security officers in Worcester, MA.

Alliance has a manned 24/7 dispatch center with a Supervisor on duty at all times of the day. These positions offer excellent starting hourly rates for qualified candidates. These shifts are daytime 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, two- three days per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current/Valid MA License To Carry Firearms (LTC)
• Documented proof of firearms training (Military/Law Enforcement course)

*Law enforcement, military or security experience preferred

*Ability to pass a range qualification

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Personal cell phone/Personal e-mail
• Current/Valid MA driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Command presence
• Report writing capabilities
• Flexible work availability
• Ability to pass a CORI/SORI check
• Pass a background check
• High School diploma or equivalent

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

• Maintain access control to a secure facility
• Maintain a fully accurate log during your shift
• Report Writing/Incident Reporting
• Conflict management/resolution
• Emergency/Incident Response
