Group & Tour Services Agents play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by processing and reviewing orders accurately while providing knowledgeable product advice for Aspen Snowmass and related offerings. They manage account reconciliation for International and Domestic Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Groups, and other clients to ensure seamless transactions. Collaborating closely with Mountain Sales & Schools, Sales, and Accounting departments, Agents help fulfill advance purchase season passes, group, tour, and direct guest orders efficiently. This position reports to the Group & Tour Services Manager.

Essential Job Functions / Key Job Responsibilities
Work as an engaged member of the Group & Tour Services team, collaborating with domestic and international Sales Managers to build, maintain, and grow relationships with travel partners, driving increased sales and exceptional guest experiences
Book, process, and review lift ticket, rental, and ski school orders for groups, tour operators, travel agents, lodges, and other third parties, consistently identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and enhance each guest’s visit
Process Season Passes accurately and efficiently as part of our fulfillment programs, supporting seamless guest access and satisfaction
Communicate proactively and professionally by email and phone with external and internal guests, providing expert advice, personalized service, and solutions that exceed guest expectations
Reconcile Group & Tour partner accounts regularly, working closely with Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate billing and maintain strong partner relationships that foster repeat business
Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration with key Aspen Skiing Company personnel across Mountain Sales & Schools, Four Mountain Sports Rental Retail, Administration, and Mountain Operations to deliver a unified guest experience
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve guest ticketing issues promptly and professionally, minimizing disruptions and maintaining high guest satisfaction
Assist with fulfillment of group, tour operator, and guest direct orders by preparing and delivering vouchers, tickets, and pre-arrival packets, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience for all guests
Demonstrate strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and the ability to navigate multiple software programs simultaneously, supporting efficient sales processing and guest service delivery
Understand and apply gross, net, and commission pricing models to optimize sales and ensure accurate order processing
Actively contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and enhance guest services within Group & Tour Services and across the Mountain Sales department

Education & Experience Requirements
College degree required
Minimum of one year of professional experience required; resort or travel industry experience preferred
Minimum of one year experience in sales or customer service with proven skills in product knowledge, upselling, and enhancing guest satisfaction required
Minimum of one year experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) or ticketing systems required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Fluent in English
Intermediate to advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills a plus to effectively serve international guests
Strong computer proficiency, including ability to navigate multiple software programs simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear and friendly guest interactions
Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell products to enhance guest experience and drive sales
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve guest ticketing issues efficiently
Attention to detail in reviewing orders and reconciling accounts accurately
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure when handling guest concerns or difficult situations
Team-oriented mindset, with ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Ability to be on your feet, kneel and bend for extended periods of time
Regularly work in adverse conditions and requiring the use of protective apparel/equipment to prevent exposure to the elements as well as an office environment and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
Must be able to lift, push or pull occasionally up to 25 lbs. individually or with assistance
