Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse and production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving materials throughout the facility, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently..
• Load and unload trucks and shipping containers.
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse.
• Stack and store products in designated locations.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report any maintenance issues .
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
• Physical stamina: this job often requires working in a warehouse environment, which may involve standing for long periods of time and require some lifting.

Requirements

• Valid forklift certification or license (preferred).
• Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. .
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible shifts if required.

Education

• High school or equivalent.
