Office Manager/ Full Charge Bookkeeper

Well established, financially strong and growing company is looking for a hands-on Office Manager / Full Charge Bookkeeper. The company is known for strong employee tenure, and flexibility for with work schedule for kid activities, snow days, doctor appointments etc.

Responsibilities include oversight and managing of the day-to-day office operations and administrative functions, oversight of AR, AP & Payroll, month end close, general ledger reconciliation, and preparation of monthly financial statements using Quick Books, budget preparation and analysis and basic HR functions.

Minimum requirements include a BS in Accounting or Finance or in process, month end close, general ledger account reconciliation, preparation of monthly financial statements, experienced overseeing or being responsible for office and administrative functions. Any HR experience is a plus.

Base salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 plus bonus potential and very good benefits!
