The Property Manager will ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean, sanitary, safe and in good working condition. Housing is provided onsite. This position reports to the General Manager.

Essential Job Functions / Key Job Responsibilities
Remove all snow from decks and walkways to ensure safe and easy access for guests and staff
Remove icicles from roof line
Sprinkle snowmelt where appropriate
Complete physical and mechanical walk-thru of building and notify arriving manager of any noticeable or outstanding problems
Help the facilities or engineering team as needed with maintenance projects
Report to Manager to check in and/or review priorities
Set ski racks in proper location at beginning and end of day
Secure, open and close building
Vacuum all carpeted areas, sweep and mop back of house areas as directed Summer specific duties to include basic landscaping tasks, trash removal around the building, cleaning windows and floors, and replacing light bulbs and carpet as needed
Manage food deliveries and supply cage at base. Assist loading and driving the supply cat as directed, bringing food product up, and bringing trash down. Empty the trash cage and place in appropriate receptacles. Assist the other drivers with loading unloading the supply cat if needed
Assist restaurant team in end of the day cleaning and closing procedures if needed
Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license required
Must have own 4x4 vehicle and snowmobile
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficient knowledge in maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
Knowledge of company policies and procedures
Familiarity with company rules, regulations, and operational standards
Understanding on how to assist customers and meet their needs effectively
Basic industry terminology
Demonstrates expertise in the technical aspect of the job
Skilled in effectively communicating both verbally and in writing with team members and customers in English
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ability to do basic problem-solving
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time
Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
Must be able to continually lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance
Certain locations, will require an employee to ski or snowboard
