San Francisco law firm is seeking a highly organized and technology-proficient Office Administrator / Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our law firm. This role serves as a central administrative resource for attorneys and staff and is responsible for office operations, mail and courier services, document management, vendor coordination, records administration, office supplies, and general administrative support.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or similar office environment.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
