Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency of our operations and ensure minimal downtimeABOUT THE ROLEAs a Swing Shift Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:Executing preventative maintenance on various equipment according to manufacturer recommendations and company protocols.Maintaining a reliable inventory of necessary replacement parts and performing inspections to assess the condition of plant equipment, carrying out repairs and adjustments as needed.Communicating with supervisors about required repairs and other important findings.Addressing emergency repairs on production equipment to resolve unexpected breakdowns efficiently.Adhering to company safety, environmental standards, and completing all necessary documentation punctually.Promoting a safety-first culture by upholding health, safety, and environmental policies across your work environment.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORRequired Education: High School diploma/equivalentRequired Work Experience: Proven experience in mechanical repair, installation, and construction within industrial settings. You should possess basic mechanical skills and expertise in general industrial maintenance, including stick welding, arc welding, light fabrication, cutting, and hand tools. Experience operating equipment like skid-steers and man-lifts is a plus.Computer and Software Skills: Basic proficiency with computers.Additional Requirements:Candidates must comply with all safety protocols and properly use Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
