We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Office Administrator to support daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position provides administrative support to multiple departments and assists with general office coordination, employee documentation, and basic HR-related functions.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, capable of handling confidential information, and comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems

Assist with document preparation, data entry, and recordkeeping

Support onboarding paperwork and employee file maintenance

Coordinate office supplies, forms, and administrative materials

Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately

Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and employee communications

Support HR with attendance tracking, new hire documentation, and compliance records

Process and distribute internal reports and correspondence

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information

Provide general administrative support to plant leadership and office staff

Qualifications / Education / Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate degree or administrative certification preferred but not required

5–7 years of administrative experience preferred

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred

Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments is a plus

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
