Step into an impactful role supporting elementary learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting near Riverside, CA. This full-time opportunity is available to qualified SLPs, whether you hold your CCC or are completing your CFY. Youll be working with elementary students in both an auditory-oral DHH (Deaf and Hard of Hearing) program and an Autism program, contributing to a caring and collaborative environment where every childs communication skills are empowered and celebrated.
Your position has an immediate start and runs through July 20, with a high likelihood of renewal for the following school year. Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted)
- Interest or experience with elementary caseloads
- Familiarity with auditory-oral DHH approaches and working with students on the autism spectrum is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy to elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to create the best outcomes for students
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in eligibility/IEP meetings
- Provide guidance to staff and families to support each students communication needs
