Senior Fund Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements investor reports and supporting schedules for accurate fund reporting.
• Manage cash activity by preparing projections reviewing reconciliations and initiating transfers.
• Support compliance reporting by preparing lender reports loan requests and required calculations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support transactions and closing activities.
• Assist with audits tax preparation and investor communications including responding to inquiries.

Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with exposure to fund or investment environments preferred.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Use Microsoft Office tools effectively including Excel Word and Outlook.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Prepare and analyze financial data to support investor reporting and compliance activities.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy across all financial documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams lenders and external advisors.
• Support process improvements and contribute to efficient reporting workflows.
• Bring professional certification system experience or exposure to investment accounting considered beneficial.
