Exact Staff is seeking for a Bilingual
Administrative Support professional to assist with daily office operations
and support the recruiting team in Bakersfield, CA. This role involves answering phones, assisting
walk-in candidates, and helping keep the office organized. The ideal candidate
is motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Full Time - Temp-to-hire
Pay Rate: $18-20/ HR
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to recruiters and office staff
- Answer phones, greet candidates, and respond to inquiries
- Schedule interviews and onboarding appointments
- Maintain and update candidate records in company systems
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and document collection
- Support basic payroll tasks, including timesheet tracking
- Help maintain an organized office environment
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is required
