Job Title: Customer Service Support
Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 5 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: North Olmsted, OH 44070
Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (2 days office / 3 days remote)
Role Overview
Handle inbound customer calls, process orders, and ensure excellent service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support order management, including intake, confirmation, and fulfillment.
- Identify and resolve issues in order processes.
- Communicate order status and updates to stakeholders.
- Generate order-related documents and ensure data accuracy.
- Confirm credit, pricing, stock, and transport availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, Sales, Supply Chain).
- Maintain detailed records and assist during peak periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of related experience.
