Description

• Conduct patient evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create tailored treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Work closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes
• Inform patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge strategies, and at-home exercises
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress following facility and regulatory protocols
• Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure seamless patient care

Education • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited program

Certifications • State licensure as a Physical Therapist
