Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing nursing care in a school environment
- Demonstrated expertise in pediatric and 1:1 student care
- Ability to work with students across early childhood, elementary (Grades K-5), middle (Grades 6-8), and high school (Grades 9-12) levels
- Adaptable, compassionate, and effective communicator when interacting with students, faculty, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care and health assessments for individual students or larger groups as needed
- Manage and administer medications, oversee health care plans, and support individualized health needs across age groups
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to advocate for optimal student health and learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policy, privacy standards, and nursing best practices
