Qualifications for Full Time Warehouse Stocker:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years of warehouse experience
• Basic skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in operating equipment with good manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and regularly handle items up to 35 lbs
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on location, with a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check conducted

• Operate manual or electric pallet jacks and forklifts after proper training
• Pick, assemble, and organize stock to fulfill orders for products, materials, and equipment
• Load, unload, and transport items within the warehouse or to client locations using carts or powered equipment
• Complete scheduled inventory counts accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate records including inventory logs, temperature checks, spoilage reports, and equipment inspections
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of warehouse areas, including restrooms, break rooms, loading docks, and elevated platforms
• Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, SDS guidelines, and emergency procedures
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times
• Protect company and client assets
• Interact professionally with clients, coworkers, suppliers, and visitors
• Attend meetings and perform additional duties as assigned
